The Bellmead Civic Center is available for rental for all types of occasions. The Civic Center consists of 3 rooms, Auditorium, Lions Room and the Senior Room.

The Civic Center will open at 8:00 A.M. and all rentals must be out of the building by 1:00 A. M.
All rentals are based on 6 hour increments.
Alcohol allowed with rentals. (Security required at extra cost)
Rentals accepted up to 11 months in advance.
Rentals include tables and chairs.
Central kitchen available for all rentals.

Auditorium

3744 square feet with 900 square feet of stage
Seating capacity up to 300 - Banquet Style; 250 - Dance Style
Round and/or Rectangular tables available

Lions Room

1536 square feet
Seating capacity up to 100ea. banquet style or up to 65ea. dance style.
Rectangular tables available.

Senior Room

1482 square feet
Seating capacity up to 100ea. Banquet style or 65ea. dance style.
Rectangular tables available.
Restrooms and kitchenette available in room.
