The Bellmead Police Department is the answering point for 911 in the City of Bellmead. All Dispatchers are certified in the use of 911. Any person in need of emergency Law Enforcement, Fire or Ambulance services in the City of Bellmead should dial 911. Call 254 / 412-7539 for non-emergency police business.
We are available 24 hours a day and employ 5 full-time Dispatchers, 2 Animal Control Officers, 11 Patrol Officers, 3 Patrol Sergeants and a Patrol Lieutenant along with 2 Invetigators, and a Chief of Police. In addition, the Department has supplemental staff of part time Dispatchers and Reserve Police Officers.
