Director: Scott Coleman
Scott Coleman was raised in Bellmead where he attended the LaVega School District.
Scott started working for the city of Bellmead in 1997 when he was 18 years old. At that time Scott knew he found a career he would enjoy for a lifetime and did his best to make a positive impact for his surrounding community. In doing just that Scott quickly started to develop skills in equipment operation and Water/Wastewater Utility operations and repairs.
Scott has worked with the City of Robinson and the City of Waco in both Waste Water and Water Treatment Utilities. With the experience and knowledge acquired from both cities he was greatly able to expand his insight of Public Works, Utilities and Community service. Scott has received an abundance of training through the Texas A&M Extension Service and Texas Water Utilities Association.
Scott has acquired several Water and Wastewater licenses and he currently holds Class B Groundwater, Class C Distribution, Class III Waste Water Collections and Class C Surface Water treatment licenses. Scott is currently a member of the Texas Water & Utility Association and the American Water Works Association.
Mr. Coleman is married to April and together they have one son Scott Jr.

Assistant Director: Mike Csikos
Mike was born and raised in Windber Pennsylvania where he graduated from high school in 1961. He joined the U.S. Air Force where he was stationed at James Connally Air Force Base Base at TSTC. He was honorably discharged in 1965. Mike then went to work for Texas Power and Light Company as a heavy equipment operator. After 24 years, he retired and in 1992 he joined The City of Bellmead as an Assistant Public Works Director, a position he holds today.
Water Utilities Division

The Water Utilities Division provides a constant uninterrupted water service to its customers in compliance with all State and Federal regulations, with 15 highly trained employees and foremen.
This division makes all the repairs on water mains, water meters and water lines along with installation of the same throughout the city area.
In conjunction with the above duties this division performs daily maintenance on all sewer lift stations.
Streets Division
The Streets Division repairs the streets and roads throughout the city, along with re-surfacing and applying Crack-Sealer to areas of need.
Along with repair this Division is responsible for new-road construction, ditch maintenance, blading of unpaved roads
Maintenance Division
The Maintenance Division is responsible for the repair and maintenance of over 100 vehicles and equipment used by city staff in their daily duties.
